Meet Ms. Stephanie
Hi there! I know having a new teacher may be a bit scary, but I hope you read below to find out a little more about me. This way we won't be strangers on the first day of school!
First off, I want to welcome you to our website. I am so excited to be your new third grade teacher! My name is Stephanie Walsh, and I live in a small town called East Bridgewater. I have lived here all my life, but hope to explore someplace new one day. I recently graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Education. During my time in college, I majored in Special Education and Communication Disorders. I also minored in Psychology. After finishing school in January, I joined the IANE team as a support to the fourth grade classroom. Here, I gained valuable teaching experience and learned so much about the school and its students. I look forward to continuing my teaching endeavors at such a fabulous school!
Here are a few fun facts about me!
- I have two pets: a dog named Buddy and a cat named Oreo. They are the best of friends!
- Someplace I want to go one day: Greece and Australia
- Favorite subject in school: English and science
- I have played the flute since I was in 5th grade
- I am also a gymnastics teacher
- I have an older brother and sister
- Favorite sport: Tennis
- Favorite season: Spring and fall
- Favorite food: There are too many to list!
